We have a firm policy of NO FIX NO FEE.
NO FIX NO FEE means if we are unable to repair the item then we do not charge you for a call out fee.
If you are unhappy with the quotation price for the repair then a call out fee is applicable.
If works are carried out then the call out fee is waived. We just charge for the repairs.
A call out charge is £35.00.
